Questions before you order
How long does delivery take?
Orders in Colombo and Gampaha usually arrive in 1–2 working days. Other districts take 2–4 working days. The courier calls before delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs. 350 in Colombo and Gampaha and Rs. 450 for most other districts. Orders over Rs. 15,000 ship free.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How does Koko work?
Koko splits your total into three interest-free payments. You pay the first part at checkout and the rest over the next two months.
What does the warranty cover?
Accessories carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice and contact us; we handle the claim. Physical or water damage isn’t covered.
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives faulty or doesn’t match the listing, tell us within 3 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
